ONE-ON-ONE

Programs start with a complimentary consultation, then we will work together on creating a program for you to do with me and on your own. Homework exercises are provided in order to reach your goals in the fastest way possible. Our focus will be to use corrective exercise to balance your body and have you moving more efficiently, while gaining strength. 

 

Semi-private personal training

This program is very similar to 1-on-1 training. We start off with a complimentary consultation, then you will receive a program (including homework exercises), and then we will meet at least 2x per week and we will train together but in a group of 1-4 people. You will still have access to me in that session, however you will be saving money and making friends.
